Bio:
Lindsey is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2022. Her diverse experience spans 12 years and includes emergency medicine, ICU, oncology, psychiatry, and nursing/physician management. Lindsey promotes growth and change by empowering clients to overcome personal obstacles that interfere with their desired goals, using medications as an adjunct to other meaningful lifestyle changes.
In addition to medication management, Lindsey incorporates motivational interviewing, elements of cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, as well as person-centered therapy in her practice. She works hard to maintain a safe space for clients with diverse backgrounds, ages, situations, and mental health diagnoses. Her experience working in an inpatient psychiatric unit means she is comfortable diagnosing, assessing, and referring clients to the appropriate level of care, whether that be for addiction management, eating disorders, or other psychiatric emergencies. Mutual understanding and respect lay the foundation for change and together you will work to meet your goals.
Lindsey is a Colorado native, when not working you can find her hiking, skiing, playing pickleball, walking her dogs, binging Netflix, playing board games, and nurturing important relationships. She has a unique perspective as she has both personal and professional experience with addiction, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Lindsey’s office is a place of non-judgment where she hopes you can show up authentically and honestly.
