Nicole graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner graduate program at Walden University. She was actively involved in the National Society of Leadership & Success and currently provides mentorship to individuals pursuing mental health education. Her previous nursing experience includes almost 15 years in various areas, from geriatrics to pediatrics and medical nursing to psychiatric nursing. Nicole has experience in emergency psychiatric care, outpatient and inpatient psychiatry, partial hospitalization services, neuropsychiatry, eating disorders, substance abuse, and neuro-gastroenterology.
Nicole’s practice style involves incorporating a holistic approach to enhance the quality of life of those served. A well-rounded outlook with a patient-centered approach; she enjoys working with a diverse population, including the Spanish-speaking community. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. Nicole strives to provide the best care with dignity and respect to those with mental health concerns.
When Nicole is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, researching, learning, reading, outdoor activities, traveling and going to museums.
