Bio:

Sarah Paryga (par-E-gah) is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Sarah has been working in mental health since 2008. She has worked as a milieu therapist, psychiatric technician, registered nurse, and APRN in various settings, from inpatient hospitals to residential facilities. For the last eight years, Sarah has worked in correctional facilities including jails and prisons.

Sarah believes in treating the whole patient with a personalized experience. There is no one size fits all approach. She seeks to empower her clients to embrace their treatment and be actively engaged in making decisions that fit their individual lives.
