How Creyos Testing Works

Contact & Schedule
The patient contacts the office and is scheduled with their provider. The provider or patient may request ADHD testing during their appointment.

Admin Team Follow-Up
Our administrative team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule in-office testing.

Test Day
On the day of testing, our technician will guide you through the process, monitor the session, and explain the test. The test takes approximately 30–45 minutes to complete.

Follow-Up & Treatment Plan
Afterward, you’ll be scheduled for a follow-up appointment. During the evaluation, you will review the results with your provider and create a treatment plan.


COMMERCIAL INSURANCE & COST
We require an upfront payment of $100 for the assessment, which will be billed to your insurance. If the service is covered, we will issue a full refund.
