Treatment Plans
At Mile High Psychiatry, we prioritize your mental health and well-being. We’re excited to offer treatment plans to all our patients, ensuring personalized care and support tailored to your unique needs.
What are Treatment Plans?
Treatment plans serve as personalized roadmaps, guiding your journey to improved mental health. They outline specific goals, interventions, and objectives tailored to your unique needs and progress, ensuring that your care remains focused and effective.
Our treatment plans are personalized roadmaps designed to guide your mental health journey.
Goals are the milestones we set together to mark your progress and achievements throughout your treatment journey.
Objectives are the actionable steps we take to reach your goals.
When Should You Complete Your Treatment Plan?
We recommend completing your treatment plan within 14 days of your intake appointment, during significant care changes, or every six months. This proactive approach helps us stay aligned with your evolving needs and enhances the effectiveness of your treatment.
Why Are Treatment Plans Important?
Treatment plans are essential for guiding your care effectively, reducing costs, and expediting your treatment progress. For Medicaid patients, treatment plans are a mandatory requirement, mandated by state and federal guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care and regulatory compliance.
How Does it Work?
Our experienced team will guide you through the treatment planning process, providing support and answering any questions you may have. Whether you’re covered by Medicaid or commercial insurance, our goal is to ensure that you receive the best possible care to support your mental health and well-being.
