I have worked with a variety of age groups and ethnicities through paid employment and voluntary work with both public and private organizations in Alaska and Colorado. My background in therapy includes working with adolescents in outpatient and inpatient residential/ military families and individuals to included intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization. My passion is group therapy because my ability to bring a group of people together for a common cause, personal wellness and healing. Sharing your life experiences in a group setting can sound intimidating and overwhelming but what most people find out is that this experience helps build a support system in a non judgmental and confidential environment.
Fun fact about myself: I grew up in Alaska for 15 years and can catch a trout with my bare hands.
