Bio:

Lisa is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in psychopharmacology and psychoeducation. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado in Colorado Springs. Her professional focus is treating adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and psychotic disorders.

Lisa uses a holistic and client-centered approach in creating a safe environment where the client is encouraged to be a part of their treatment. Lisa strongly believes all people deserve respect and high-quality psychiatric care and strives to help clients feel empowered on their journey to mental wellness.

Lisa has worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings and feels that her inpatient experience taught her many things and that she learned from her patients by really listening. She feels that clients need to be truly heard to be healed and strives to give each client 100% of her effort. When not working, Lisa enjoys hiking and finding new places to explore in our beautiful state of Colorado, traveling, spending time with her husband, two kids, family, and friends, spoiling her dachshund Remi, and random acts of kindness.
