Sarah sees all ages 5+

Bio:

As a therapist, I work with individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on adolescents. I recognize that each person’s journey is unique, so I adjust my approach to meet the needs of each client, often drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help people understand and reshape their thought patterns. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, cope with life’s challenges, and create lasting positive change. Whether working with teens navigating school, family dynamics, or self-identity, or adults managing stress, anxiety, or major life transitions, I approach each session with empathy and an open mind.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy staying active. My hobbies include playing ultimate frisbee, biking around town, and spending quality time with my cat. These passions help me stay grounded and remind me of the importance of balance. I value authenticity, respect, and collaboration in my work and am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
