Bio:
My background bridges both Eastern and Western approaches to healing—drawing from my training in psychotherapy as well as my foundations in acupuncture, mindfulness, and energy-based modalities. I believe true transformation happens when we treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Clinically, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and identity exploration. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT and psychodynamic therapy with transpersonal therapy, somatic awareness, and mindfulness. I aim to provide grounded, supportive care that aligns with each client’s personal goals and values.
I’m excited to contribute to the growing therapy team at MHP and collaborate closely with providers to support our clients through a well-rounded and integrative care experience.
