Bio:

I’ve been a therapist since 2017 and have really come to find my niche in helping adults going through grief, trauma, and cultural/family issues. As a 1st gen American, I try to keep an open mind for all the different systems/people in our lives that can really make and leave an impact. I’m also basic trained in EMDR and like to offer that approach for people that want to try processing trauma in a different way.

Outside the therapy sphere I enjoy gaming with others, watching movies, and being an advocate for whatever I can at the time. I really sense the value of community and building it for yourself in whatever way feels best to you. I’m a big believer in focusing on what’s helpful over a judgement of just what’s healthy or not.
